Breath-Centered chromaYOGA (Crown Chakra)

In Breath-Centered chromaYoga, the feedback of yoga is the process of consciously integrating body, mind, movement, and breath, as well as maintaining that awareness throughout the practice.

In the yoga tradition, the principle of svadhyaya (self-study) is engaged with asana (postures). Students are guided and encouraged to maintain qualities of steadiness, alertness, and comfort as we move through various vinyasa krama (organized sequences of asana), paying particular attention to the ways in which our breath can affect our mind and vice versa.

With your breath and movement supporting each other, students are encouraged to practice with an open and curious mind, and to question:

How can your practice be smarter and cleverer than your habitual patterns?

How can you learn something about yourself?

How can a Breath-Centered Yoga practice lead to freedom and liberation? You deserve that. All levels of experience are welcomed.

This 7 week program will address the balancing of the 7 Chakras through LED color changing salt walls and heated salt floors that release negative ions. Come soak up the color that you most need, or journey though all 7 centers to bring awareness, healing and empowerment into your life.

Your instructor will guide you through a traditional yoga series that is aimed at opening and accessing the energy of each individual chakra. You will gain new insights while strengthening your body + mind and tightening up the essentials for a solid yogic foundation.
